Craig Vanderweide is the Chief Operations Officer (COO), Business Administrator, and Senior Project Manager for a diverse array of projects within A4O. Craig has been in his role since 2020 and continues developing and administering A4O’s performance-based contracts, supporting consultants, and performing all operational functions for the organization.
Craig also has twenty-eight years of experience within the technology and business industries. Craig earned a Bachelor of Project Management degree at the University of Phoenix in 2022, which has furthered project management support to our clients. He excels in customer service with our clients and goes above and beyond his role to ensure excellent service delivery. Craig also supports our consultant team in a myriad of ways to help us do our best work. He demonstrates cross-team and cross-partner collaboration towards organizational, fiscal, and client outcomes. He has outstanding critical thinking abilities, solves complex and detailed challenges, and leads our team to deliver timely services at a high customer satisfaction rate.
