Expanding her expertise, Christina has dedicated an additional 17 years to Human Services Planning, Evaluation, and Local Government Performance Management, advancing through roles including direct Planning and Evaluation, Team Supervision, and Departmental Leadership. Throughout her tenure, she has cultivated a robust skill set encompassing project management, data and program analysis, facilitation, strategic planning, quality assurance, business process improvement, innovation, organizational change, and budget development and oversight.
Christina holds a Bachelor of Social Work and a Graduate Certificate in Project Management. She has further bolstered her credentials with a Six Sigma Green Belt Certification, underscoring her commitment to operational excellence and continuous improvement. Now enjoying a well-earned retirement, Christina continues to contribute her wealth of knowledge and experience as a part-time consultant, helping organizations optimize performance and achieve strategic goals.
