Kaylee O’Brien is a recent graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Philosophy with a minor in Economics. She currently serves as an Executive Assistant at Allies4Outcomes, where she helps manage human resources, technology, and operations while providing key support to the fiscal and practice teams.
Kaylee brings a multidisciplinary background shaped by experience in the legal field, the nonprofit sector, and three years as a research assistant focusing on incarceration and the criminal justice system. She is passionate
about holistic leadership and committed to driving systemic change in human health and services. She co-authored an article, “The U.S. Death Penalty as Torture” which was published in the South Central Review.
Outside of her professional work, Kaylee is a certified personal trainer who enjoys promoting wellness and empowering others through fitness.
